Gary Block Tours became a reality because of friends. Gary ended his 34 year broadcasting
career in 2005 where part of his radio responsibilities was organizing and hosting
trips for the listeners. Days and weeks following Gary’s retirement from radio, those
loyal listeners sent letters, made phone calls and visited Gary's home wanting Gary
to continue the motor coach tours. As a result, Gary Block Tours was created. Motor
coach tours range from one day outings at unique destinations, overnight getaways
and extended vacations. Gary and his wife Laura host the trips and provide a down-
