around the Christmas tree with timeless holiday hits starring Nashville
recording artist Doug Allen Nash and Jaspers Theater’s delightful Kathie Brekke
with special guests Elvis Presly, Dan Brekke and the 42nd Street
Jazz Band providing the music on Tuesday December 8th. This will be an
exceptional day of holiday music, fun and relaxation hosted by Laura and Gary
Block. We depart Little Falls at 8:20 a.m. from the northeast corner of the
Wal-Mart parking lot and will also pick up in Randall and Motley or anywhere
else on our route. Our North Star motor coach will take us north to Dilworth
where we’ll enjoy lunch at the Silver Spike. Choose one of the meal selections.
Cheeseburger, chicken sandwich (grilled or crispy) served with French fries. Or
choose the grilled chicken salad with the choice of dressing, or the veggie
wrap. When you sign up, please tell us
what your choice will be! Soft drinks or
coffee is also included. After lunch, it’s over to the TAK Event Center, the
newest venue in the Fargo/Moorhead area. The mission at TAK is to provide an
unequaled experience for the entertainers that perform there, as well as the
people attending the events. This is
accomplished by having a high-quality venue which includes a large stage and
superior sound and lighting equipment, plus an expert staff at the controls.
The show begins at 1:00 and we have reserved seats that begin in the third row.
These are great seats for a great show. We’ll just be a few weeks away from
Christmas and the gang is all here providing you with great entertainment. From “Winter Wonderland” to “O Holy Night”,
it’s a sleigh full of festive favorites and cheer – never a “Blue Christmas”
with Elvis here! What a fun day this is
going to be. We should be back in Little Falls around 6:00.
