Celebrate the
most wonderful time of the year at Sidekick Theatre in Bloomington. The Sidekick Theatre is a professional
theatre company under the artistic leadership of Tim Stolz and Brian Pierce,
dedicated to producing an exciting and engaging mix of comedies and musicals.
Join the St. Cloud YMCA on Tuesday, December 2nd for a delicious lunch and a “Honky-Tonk
Holiday”. We depart Little Falls at 8:45
a.m. and at 9:30 a.m. from the front entrance of St. Cloud YMCA as we head to
Bloomington. Our experience begins with
lunch that features meatloaf with gravy or ketchup, served with cheesy
potatoes, green bean almondine, winter salad (apple pear salad), dinner rolls,
assorted desserts, coffee and hot tea. Special dietary meals are available if
we are notified when you sign up.
Following lunch, it’s over to the theater where we’ll experience a
“Honky-Tonk Holiday”. Celebrate the most wonderful time of year with Sidekick
Theatre’s heartwarming holiday show.
Combining some of the Twin Cities best vocalists with a dynamic band
headed up by Brian Pierce, this spirited holiday show blends traditional
Christmas songs and contemporary holiday tunes with a distinctly Nashville
spin. It’s a fun, good old-fashioned
country celebration of the holidays filled with great music, laughter and even
a chance for the audience to join in and participate. It’s an afternoon you don’t want to miss.
Sign up today by calling Michelle at the YMCA. and be prepared for some musical
memories. We also stop at Culvers in
Maple Grove for the “Flavor of the Day” on our way home and returning to St.
Cloud around 5:30 p.m and Little Falls 6:15.
