Discover holiday magic in Little Falls

This will be a truly magical day with gorgeous Christmas decorations, great food and boutique shopping in Little Falls! Our comfortable North Star motor coach will depart from the northeast corner of Cash Wise in Waite Park at 10:15 and we’ll also pick up at the St. Cloud YMCA. Pick up in Rice, Royalton and if you want to join us in Little Falls, we’ll pick you up at Wal Mart around 11:05. Join Laura & Gary Block as we wander through three historic mansions decorated for the holidays. We’ll start at Linden Hill where they are celebrating 20 years of Christmas Magic at the historic estate with a theme this year of “Oh Holy Night”. It only gets bigger and better every year. Our group will receive a private tour of the estate, before it’s open to the public! Enjoy live music, hot cider, cookies and plenty of picture-perfect moments at the 1898 homes of C.A. Weyerhaeuser and R.D. Musser. The entire community is involved with decorating and holiday imaginations run wild every year. After experiencing these mansions, we’ll take a break for an included lunch in downtown Little Falls at the highly acclaimed “A.T. The Black & White”, voted the best restaurant in Minnesota. You will have a choice of entrees – a half turkey & wild rice wrap or a club sandwich with tomato basil soup, carrot cake and a non-alcoholic beverage. If you have a dietary restriction, please let us know. Make your choice when you sign up! After lunch, head next door to the Shoppes of Little Falls where you’ll find over 70 artisans and vendors unique clothing, stylish home décor, savory treats, pottery, handcrafted jewelry, local book authors, kids’ items, outdoor décor, woodworking, kitchenware and so much more. Before we leave town, it’s a stop at the Rosenmeier Mansion, the 1903 home of B. Burton and G. Rosenmeier. This year only, the first and second floors are open to the public with beautiful Christmas decorations. In fact, the new occupants of the home began decorating in September. Be one of the first to experience Christmas at this mansion. We’ll be returning to Waite Park around 5:115. Christmas at the Mansions – what a holiday event to experience.
