If you’re looking for a full day of music and comedy, topping it off with a delicious evening dinner, then join us on Tuesday, September 1^st. This will be an exceptional day of late summer fun and relaxation hosted by Laura and Gary Block. This show is different than our July and August offerings.

We depart Little Falls at 11:20 a.m. from the northeast corner of the Wal-Mart parking lot and will also pick up in Randall and Motley or anywhere else on our route. Our North Star motor coach will take us north to Park Rapids at Jasper’s Theater, a landmark of Park Rapids since 2004. Jaspers is a cozy log theater nestled in the peaceful pines east of Park Rapids. The theater is air-conditioned with a sloped floor (no stairs) for easy access and an excellent view from every seat. Bathrooms are easily accessible right inside the main door. We have fabulous reserved seats for Jasper’s limited production in 2026 of a variety show called “Rockin’ 50’s Show”. Step back in time with Jaspers’ “Rockin’ 50’s Show”, where the music is legendary, the energy is electric, and the memories are unforgettable! Featuring hits from icons such as Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash, The Big Bopper, Judy Garland, Bill Haley, Chuck Berry and more. Doug Allen Nash as Elvis and Johnny Cash, Lewy Ronken as Buddy Holly (personal note: the best Buddy Holly we’ve ever experienced), Biff as the Big Bopper, Kathie Brekke as Judy Garland and more! This show will have you dancing in your seat and singing along to the classics. With a talented cast and plenty of fun surprises along the way, you won’t want to miss this rockin’ trip down memory lane. So, dust off your blue suede shoes and join us for an afternoon packed with music, laughter and the ultimate 50’s vibes! It’s not just a show, it’s a celebration of the golden age of rock n’ roll. After the show, we’re having dinner at a restaurant where we’ve had a great experience the past twelve years, La Pasta Italian Eatery in Dorset, the tiny town that’s the “Restaurant Capital of the World”. Choose one of the many entrée choices. It’s all here, a complete day of entertainment and great food.
