Why not treat yourself or somebody special? Join Laura and Gary Block on Saturday, March 3rd for another trip to the Seasons Dinner Theater in Ham Lake. Everyone who has joined us in the past has always commented about the great food and entertainment. Once again, we’ll enjoy a delicious meal and production in a comfortable atmosphere. We’ll depart Little Falls at 9:00 a.m. from the northeast corner of the Wal-Mart parking lot. Our comfortable charter tour coach will also pick up in Royalton, Rice, St. Cloud or any other city along the way. We’re headed to Ham Lake and the Seasons Dinner Theatre, at their new venue, Majestic Oaks Golf Club. The Seasons Dinner Theatre provides performances in an intimate and relaxing setting. Since 1988, Seasons Dinner Theatre has been home to the Seasons Players, a professional theater production company, which has performed more than 600 shows on the Seasons’ thrust stage. We have the best tables in the house. We’ll begin our experience with your choice of three matinee entrée selections. Choose from the open faced pot roast sandwich with Texas toast, Yukon mashed potatoes, topped with burgundy pan sauce…..turkey ala king over puff pastry shells….beer battered shrimp platter, French fries, coleslaw and tarter sauce and grilled chicken Caesar with garlic breadstick. Following our delicious lunch, sit back and enjoy “On Golden Pond”. Norman and Ethel Thayer return to their beloved lake home of forty-eight years for what certainly would be a quiet summer and, who knows, perhaps their last. When they receive an unexpected injection of youth, vitality, and teenage slang from a boy who becomes the “grandchild” they never had, a new love story on Golden Pond begins. This show is a beautifully scripted, delightfully witty play with plenty of laughs and poignant moments, reminding us of what makes life sweet and endearing. If you were with us to the Season’s Theater for their productions in the past, you know you can expect a fun Saturday with the best in entertainment and food.
