The Bikinis – A New Musical Beach Party

Move over Jersey Boys

 Daytrippers Dinner Theatre – Bloomington

Thursday March 12, 2020

Join Laura and Gary Block on Thursday March 12th for “The Bikinis” at Daytrippers Dinner Theatre in Bloomington.  We depart Little Falls at 9:25 a.m. on a comfortable Andy’s Charter Service motor coach from the northeast corner of the Wal-Mart parking lot and also picking up in Royalton, Rice, St. Cloud or anywhere else along our route.  Our time at Daytrippers begins with a tasty buffet lunch featuring champagne chicken, pork marsala, country sausage with sauerkraut, red potatoes, cut green beans, green leaf salad, salad bar with sliced beets, salami, cheese, assorted peppers, olives and onions, rolls and butter, gourmet brownie, coffee and tea prepared by Executive Chef, Mark Heden. We have super reserved tables for this fun show.  Move over Jersey Boys and make room for “The Bikinis”.  Back together again for the first time in twenty years, these “Jersey Girls” will deliver sun, fun and a good time.  A girl group from the Jersey Shore reunites to raise money for the good folks at Sandy Shores Mobile Home Beach Resort.  Reliving their heyday from the summer of ‘64, but not able to fit into their bikinis anymore, these four inseparable friends who won the Belmar Beach Talent Contest wearing just their bikinis get together again. They’re a bit older now, but offer a nonstop celebration of song from their early days through the next two decades.  Join these four best friends as they relive the past with hits including “It’s in His Kiss”, “Yellow Polka Dot Bikini”, “Heatwave”, “Under the Boardwalk”, “These Boots are Made For Walking”, “The Twist”, “When Will I be Loved”, “Midnight Blue, “I’m Every Woman”, “I Will Survive” and many more.  You’ll laugh, you’ll cry and you may even feel that you need to do the Limbo!  This will be a laugh-filled matinee to attend and a chance to enjoy the company of other people from our area.  To top off the afternoon, we’ll stop at Culvers in Maple Grove on our way home for the “Flavor of the Day”.  We’ll return to Little Falls around 6:00.  Give us a call and sign up today.
