Salute to Glen Campbell
Paramount Center for the Arts with buffet lunch at Coyote Moon
Thursday August 1, 2019
A heartwarming afternoon of Glen Campbell’s biggest hits and the stories behind them, all delivered by Glen’s right hand man for 15 years, band leader and guitarist, Jeff Dayton. Enjoy an afternoon of intimate, fun and uplifting music from America’s TV favorite and Hall of Fame legend – Glen Campbell at the Paramount Center for the Arts where we have fantastic reserved seats on the main floor. Our comfortable Andy’s Charter Service motor coach will depart Little Falls from the northeast Wal-Mart parking lot at 10:45 a.m. We’ll also pick up in Royalton, Rice or St. Cloud. Our getaway begins with a lunch buffet at Coyote Moon in St. Cloud. The restaurant’s Minnesota lodge-style architecture features a large double-sided fireplace and delicious food. The buffet includes two meats, potato, veggie, popover with honey butter, homemade soup and salad bar, dessert and beverage.
The Paramount Center is our next stop where we have main floor reserved seats beginning in the seventh row. From the White House to the Grand Ole Opry, Jeff Dayton has been playing guitar and performing all his life. He’s a Nashville producer and writer and loves the creative scene in Music City. He’s had the honor of backing artists including Vince Gill, Buck Owens, Tracy Byrd, Gene Autry, Mac Davis, megastar Kenny Chesney, Lee Greenwood and more. But most of all, Jeff is a steward of Glen Campbell’s music, keeping Glen’s songs and hits alive, sharing the stories of all the fun they had on the road and the stories of how Glen found his songs and how they were written. Jeff says that it’s a joy and pleasure to present a “Salute to Glen Campbell”, his friend and mentor. Jeff will be joined by the band that has backed up Glen Campbell. This will be a special afternoon of music and stories. We’ll be returning to Little Falls around 4:30 p.m. Call today and make your reservations.

Travel notes....We still have a few openings on July 18th for “Glensheen-The Musical” at the History Theater in St. Paul. This show is fabulous and one of the best productions we’ve experienced in the past. We also have openings for “Madeline Island” July 10-12. What a great three day trip that features a guided tour of the island, legendary singer Judy Collins under the Big Top, glass-bottom shipwreck and lighthouse tour of the Apostle Islands and so much more, including beautiful scenery.
Also a reminder that final payments are due now for Mackinac Island and May 15th for the Summer Mystery Trip. Check out our website for more information.
